Refund Policy
Overview. We stand behind OmniRoles. If you're not satisfied, here's how refunds work.
1. Subscription Refunds
Cancellations. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your remaining monthly credits are forfeited at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial-month refunds are issued for unused monthly credits.
2. Top-Up Refunds
Eligibility. Unused top-up credits (credits that have not been consumed by a generation) are refundable within 30 days of purchase. To request a top-up refund, please contact support with your account email and transaction ID. Consumed credits are non-refundable.
3. Credit Consumption
Deductions. Each generation deducts credits based on the complexity of the agentic workflow executed. Credit costs are displayed before confirmation. Once a generation is processed, the associated credits are considered consumed and the corresponding service is deemed delivered.
4. Usage Tracking & Service Delivery Proof
Proof of Delivery. OmniRoles logs all generation activity including timestamps, project identifiers, models, agent roles, token consumption, and credits deducted. These logs serve as proof of service delivery in the event of a dispute.
5. Fair Use & Abuse Protection
Protection. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that exhibit patterns of abuse, including but not limited to: repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, bulk generation followed by immediate refund requests, or creation of multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.
6. How to Request
Contact. Contact Support with your account email and order ID. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
